Excludes the bathroom & laundry (those are villaboard / wet-area sheet — see GF-A06). Board is 10 mm hung horizontally. Walls are mostly 1350 wide so two courses = 2700 and cover the raked walls (2400 up to 2650) with one mid-height joint; the flat 2400 back wall uses 1200 (two courses = 2400, no trim). 4800 lengths keep the vertical butt-joints on the 600 c/c studs. Ceiling 1200 wide (raked) up the ~4.63 m internal slope. Confirm final counts on site. Line total = price × qty; total is indicative only.
