James brings over 15 years of experience in the ACT building industry. He began his career with an apprenticeship, where he was recognized as the MBA ACT Apprentice of the Year. Advancing to a project management role, James developed expertise in planning, costing, designing and overseeing residential construction projects. Several of his managed builds have received MBA and HIA Awards for excellence.

Seeing a growing need for affordable housing, James became a driving force behind the Granny Flat Team, focusing on delivering cost-effective granny flat solutions in Canberra. His leadership and extensive industry knowledge have established him as a respected figure in the local construction sector, dedicated to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
